Manila, Philippines – The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) is willing to give data regarding the war on drugs of the Duterte Administration if the International Criminal Court (ICC) will ask. The court is set to do an initial review regarding the allegations the President Rodrigo Duterte committed a crime against humanity.

PDEA Director Derrick Carreon said in a press briefing in Malacañang that PDEA came up with Real Numbers so they can be transparent in the conduct of the anti-drug campaign, if the data will be summoned in relation to such hearing, PDEA will support in terms of the data.

PDEA will leave it in the “legal experts” if the allegations that lawyer Jude Sabio brought forward together with ICC against President Duterte and his senior administration officials can be considered as crime against humanity.
