He also noted that Traslacion 2018 has a lower number of injured people compared to last year’s. Manila, Philippines— Injured Black Nazarene devotees were immediately rushed into the stations wherein they were given first aid by the emergency workers and as of today, there were no still reported cases of major injuries among millions of devotees who joined this year’s Traslacion.
Dr. Virgilio Martin III, Manila Health Department’s (MHD) Emergency Management Chief, said in an interview this morning they only got about 10 to 12 recorded cases of minor injuries today. According to him, this number was a bit far from their usual record of around 500 injury cases.
