MANILA, Philippines – On Christmas day, December 25, 2017, a netizen identified as Earla Anne Yehey posted two photos of “faceless” hundred-peso bills after withdrawing from an ATM from The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) in Eastwood, Quezon City.

BPI in coordination with The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) was set to probe on the alleged transaction. Owen Cammayo, BPI head of Corporate Affairs and Communications said that they are already investigating the issue and currently validating the concerns of Ms. Earla Anne.
